We bridge the gap between youth competition (U17–U19) and professional exposure in the Regional (RBL) and National Basketball Leagues (NBL), integrating dual career opportunities (sports + education), individualized training, and full agency representation.

A visionary leader with 20+ years on the sidelines. Matīss combines deep pedagogical expertise with a strategic business mindset to build a world-class academy. He has mentored some of Latvia’s most recognized basketball talents from their youth to the pro level. Success Stories: K. Vecvagars, R. Zēbergs, M. Gulbis, M. Rožlapa, etc.

MĀRTIŅŠ PRĪSIS
Founder

Combining technical precision with a deep understanding of sports media, Mārtiņš is a Certified Engineer (RTU) and a member of the National Guard. His background as a Radio SWH sports commentator has led to specialized expertise in athlete career longevity and successful professional transitions beyond the court.

JĀNIS BUTĀNS
Head Project Manager

Bringing FIBA Europe (FECC) certified expertise to the team, Jānis specializes in basketball operations and development. His coaching career includes steering "Valmiera Glass/ViA" and the "VEF Basketball Academy Valka," alongside his valuable contributions to the development of Latvia’s national youth prospects.
